Helen QuanHelen Quan is a mother of two and has been living in Richmond for over 20 years. The Richmond Community has given her countless opportunities to succeed; and so for the past two decades, she has been actively participating in many community events as a way to contribute and give back to the City.

Her primary goal as a citizen of Richmond is to broaden and energize the many local community groups, which have worked tirelessly for the good of the City of Richmond. Helen has served passionately and diligently as President of the Richmond Mandarin Lions Club, and Vice President of the 32nd Richmond Scouts Group. She has extensive experience with leading and organizing fundraising events. Some of these events include charity events for the RCMP Torch Run, St. John Ambulance, and the Vancouver Children’s Hospital.

Helen understands that Richmond is one of the most culturally unique and vibrant cities in the world. As a proud Richmond citizen and Canadian, she will serve the Richmond Community Coalition as an effective conduit that brings together all the diverse cultural groups in a harmonious and productive way.
