Notice is hereby given that the second Annual General Meeting of

Richmond Community Coalition Association

will be held at

7600 Alderbridge Way, Richmond, BC

on

Monday, August 15, 2016 at 7:00pm

For the purpose of:

  • Receiving and considering the annual report and financial statements for the period of January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015;
  • Electing directors; and
  • Transacting such further and other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment thereof.

Please note that:

  • As some members did not receive notice of the Annual General Meeting originally scheduled for July 20, 2016, and as we must conduct this Annual General Meeting within fifteen (15) months of the last one, the usual forty-five (45) days notice has been waived;
  • To accommodate the reduced notice, motions that usually require prior notification will be allowed from the floor;
  • In order to vote at the AGM, you must be a member in good standing for at least thirty (30) days; and
  • Three (3) director positions will be elected, each for a four (4) years term.

Dated this 21st day of July, 2016.

On Behalf of the Board of Directors

Julie Halfnights, Secretary
