Notice is hereby given that the third Annual General Meeting (the 'AGM) of

Richmond Community Coalition Association
(the 'Association')

will be held at

The Bridgeview Mall Parking Lot
23200 Gilley Road, Richmond, BC

on

Saturday, July 29, 2017 at 11am

 

For the purpose of:

  • Receiving and considering the annual report and financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2016;
  • Report of the Directors by the President;
  • Receiving and considering amendments, if any, to the Bylaws of the Association;
  • Electing directors; and
  • Transacting such other business as may properly come before the AGM or any adjournment thereof.

Please note that:

  • Amendments to the Bylaws of the Association, if any, are listed below;
  • To be eligible to vote at the AGM, you must be a member of the Association in good standing for at least thirty (30) days prior to the AGM;
  • Three (3) director positions will be elected to serve 4-year terms each; and
  • Nominations for Directors must be received 21 days prior to the AGM and must be made in writing, proposed and seconded by two members of the Association in good standing.
