We have city leaders who seem to think divide and conquer is the right approach to sensitive issues in our city. We are the only team who continue to advocate for Harmony in Richmond
A council should not dictate to its residents...Everything that our city does for its residents should use a balanced approach, one that begins with listening to what residents want and need before approving what council wants. After all it’s taxpayers money that pays for all that local government approves.
We will create a Richmond Housing Corp (RHC) investing Millions from our unallocated reserves to pursue innovation and creativity to make Richmond more affordable for everyone.
We will take action and implement our ‘gentle density’ plan in select Richmond neighbourhoods
With RCC Councilors acting in Harmony with RCC Trustees, we will get a City Centre school built, under construction by the end of our first term.
We will take action on upgrading Community Safety in our neighbourhoods by engaging in new programs that will make our homes, schools, public places safer for our families.
